I received the interview notice on November 2023 scheduled for January 2023. My I751 still pending at the time. I never received any additional interview notice for ROC or any communication from USCIS about a possible combo interview. I even spoke with a USCIS agent on the phone and they confirmed that they only see a notice for N400 interview.
