Car seems to run fine with the light on. The VTM-4 Light is not on all the time and is NOT blinking when it does come on. Engine light is also on. I ran codes at O'Rielly's and came back with P0154 however the VTM-4 light was not on at the time i ran the codes.The difference this time was the CEL was flashing and the VTM-4 light was on. I checked the fuses and the fuel injectors. All were good. I punted and took it to a Honda dealer. I'm just seeing this thread for the first time, but I was going to comment that it could either be a failure in the VTM-4 system OR a different failure that has disabled the VTM-4 system causing the light to illuminate. In your case, it was obviously the latter.
