Neither are good choices for a first gun, but given the choice go with the Draco. They're both inaccurate, hard to control, and will give you a headache from the concussion and noise. If you want a good first gun, get a nice 22lr rifle. They're cheap to shoot (like $20 bucks for 100 rounds), easy to clean, and low recoil.

The regular Draco would be a more apples-to-apples comparison with the M92 because of their barrel lengths being closer to one another. You'll have more options for aftermarket parts, and could set it up to have an AK-104 silhouette if you want that look. M92 is Yugo spec, is heavier, but has a better fit and finish.
