Intimidate + decent bulk and water move for SE (idk which level it gets a good physical one but you can check the learnsets). All of my trainers are level 22+ but wild pokemon are like 9-12 and when i try to level up a wild pokemon the exp share levels up my higher level ones. It just creates a vicious cycle lol.
