Since you're on kingmaker getting to level 20 is kinda tough and you want to get 6th level spells as soon as you possibly can for transformation. Dueling sword is a perfectly fine weapon for a dex build, since it's an exotic there's not a ton of dueling swords in the game, but there's a few pretty good ones. For stats I'd go 9/19/14/16/10/8. The 1st one is a damage beast in real time. While probably not plain overpowered Sylvan Sorcerer is a great pure class if you don't want to combine 4+ classes together to create a multiclass monstrosity. I played my main playthrough as one with Smilodon as animal companion, Spell Focus (Conjuration) and Spell Focus (Evocation). Sylvan Sorcerer 1 Spell Focus: Conjuration. Scaled Fist 1 Crane Style.
