These Heart of Mystery or whatever puzzles are worst game design I've ever encountered in any game and I'm not even kidding. In real life with for example domino pieces, these would be fun. In this game though, UI for handling these is god awful and symbols on pieces are doctor's handwriting. Even on the arrow-puzzles and the big central wheel, you get environmental hints about what you're supposed to do. It's only the slab puzzles that lack hints or clues to give you a direction to work in, and there's no reason for it. Yeah, that's mostly due to Enigma being so super relegated. Conundrum should be your hint for the rest of them btw.
