It most likely has to do with your NCAA Football 14 game folder not being named correctly. The proper name is: BLUS31159-[NCAA Football 14] I like to be overly neat so when I installed the base game to my internal hdd I renamed the game folder to simply 'NCAA Football 14'. This caused the .pkg files to install a new folder with the proper name.So I decided to try NCAA 14, this is not the revamped version, this is the original PS3 version. And I find that it runs "decent" and maintains a relative 30 frames per second when all the shaders have been loaded and you've played the game for a little bit. Then, load HEN and Multiman, go into the Multiman file manager, copy the game folder from the USB to the GAMES folder on the console’s internal HDD.
