For the 365 it's whatever sight you prefer. The 365XL you can change the front sight only. I don't seem to pick up green front sights very well, tried a TFO green front that I didn't like and I didn't like the Xray3 sights either. I have a 226 and 229 with Trijicon HD/XR sights with an orange front dot that I like.
