My advice is to power it on one last time, log in to your swtor account on swtor.com, deactivate the security key. On your new phone, download Authy and set up two-factor authentication through that. Ah, sorry, I'd misread your post. If you've forgotten/lost both your password and security key, phoning support is probably your best bet. You could try emailing them, but they apparently take quite a while to get back to you. Although I've not needed to call support myself, I have at least heard good things about it.
