PSA: If you are using WICO, you can't complete certain quests (Fix inside) So apparently WICO's creator disappeared 2 years ago and left us with a bug where you can't kill certain NPCs. This makes certain quests where people are suppose to die completely broken. Took me awhile to figure out the cause but I finally found this .

WICO doesn’t have a pristine reputation because it marks some NPC as essential for no reason, effectively granting them immortality. If all NPCs have pale skin (even those that in vanilla have dark skin) then that's definitely a bug.
