While the Tri-Angle already moves fast on its own without investing in movement speed, I was able to barely outrun and kill another Tri-Angle with my build. It might be worth investing a bit more into health than I do. As Tri-Angle, hit-and-run tactics work best. Just keep shooting, dodging, and run away if your health is too low.
