The lists are for sites/server admin's to block known problem ip's and ranges. It just so happens that huge swaths of T-Mobile IP's are labeled as High Risk. Seems to affect home internet ip's, does not appear to affect Ip's on the phone end of things to as great a degree, however, I am seeing our phone's ip's hit those lists too. ...

If the site is safe and being blocked by the Advanced Security feature, I'd recommend disabling Advanced Security while visiting the site. To disable Advanced Security through the xFi website, select More > My Services > Turn Off. Once disabled, you will lose 24/7 threat monitoring and real-time reporting on your home network.
Everything works fine except when I'm accessing via Comcast/XFinity with Advanced Threat Protection enabled, with a VPN turned on it also works fine. When the VPN is turned off then I get a Website Could Not Provide a Secure Connection and when I hit enter in the address bar then I get redirected to Safebrowse.io with http protocol.
