A few months ago, it started not taking gas, it would click off at the pump after a few dollars, and I'd have to trickle gas in slowly. Took it to the dealer, and they replaced the filler tube, as it had an "obstruction", and it seemed fine for a couple months. The problem has resurfaced.

Yes, it is a known issue. There are at least three threads here regarding this topic. It has to do with inadequate venting of the fuel tank while filling, in-concert with damaged, or clogged "overflow prevention venting" in filling nozzles at some gas stations with less than stellar pump maintenance programs.
