New to Porsche and new to this forum. Regarding the GT4 RS allocations, I just signed and wired for one yesterday at 50k over; European delivery after August. I had planned on asking if it was a good deal but it seems like I was very fortunate and should be thankful based on some of these posts.

What do they require for a deposit? I've ordered new cars from other brands before, but never Porsche.

I was quoted $100-150K for an RS allocation. That wasn't going to happen. "Cheapest" ADM I found on an in-stock RS was $65K, which was still ridiculous. I opted to pay $20K ADM for a GT4 allocation because used GT4s were going for $20K over MSRP.
