Used those two in a dex/int build. Moonveil gives magic damage and range in fights while meteor scales with the right stats and has awsome power. I switches to Rivers of Blood / Uchikitana to get advantage of the OP burst of ROB.But since Alatreon's hitzones lean pretty heavily toward raw damage over elemental, you could take a more raw-focused build with Fatalis armor (and you'll have the bonus health and stamina).
