Eaton Fuller has released a modified reverse switch pin (P/N 4303767) to correct this problem. The modified pin has a flat machined surface along its length to allow oil to drain back into the transmission. If a transmission experiences this problem, install the new service pin P/N 4303767 and replace the switch P/N 4302748.
