You got 145 questions so you were almost there! You finished school last month so the material should be fresh in your mind. I recommend SimpleNursing- the way they presented info and catchy sayings helped me while taking the NCLEX. Maybe try to find a NCLEX prep course.So I took the NCLEX yesterday shut off at 90 questions total 145. My last question was a milestone question which I am certain I got correct. Some people will say that getting an easy last question is not a good sign you passed the NCLEX. Those people would say it’s actually a bad sign you failed the NCLEX. I checked it like 5-10 times. Today I got my quick results. I did the PVT trick, good pop up, then purchased quick results and passed, so I find the PVT to be very accurate.
