I went over questions/new information 6 days a week and on the 7th day I reviewed all my notes. I took my NCLEX two days after finishing this study plan, I HIGHLY recommend taking it ASAP. You got 145 questions so you were almost there! You finished school last month so the material should be fresh in your mind. I recommend SimpleNursing- the way they presented info and catchy sayings helped me while taking the NCLEX. Maybe try to find a NCLEX prep course.So I took the NCLEX yesterday shut off at 90 questions total 145. My last question was a milestone question which I am certain I got correct. I had many SATA probably every 2 or 3rd was SATA. Seemed alot of high level. Is that a pass? Why would It fail at 90 is my rationale? I hope I can get some insight/feedback. Please help???

Some people will say that getting an easy last question is not a good sign you passed the NCLEX. Those people would say it’s actually a bad sign you failed the NCLEX. Two days ago, I took the next gen nclex and stopped at 85 question (new minimum, old one was 75 minimum). I did the PVT for 2 days and always got the good pop up consistently. I checked it like 5-10 times. Today I got my quick results. I did the PVT trick, good pop up, then purchased quick results and passed, so I find the PVT to be very accurate.
