In my opinion, the goal is to show progression so as long as you get consistently better, you should do just fine. In terms of resources, there's always Truelearn (Combank) and Uworld but if you've been doing Amboss and Comquest, I don't think that's going to be much help. The number one resource I used during 3rd year was anki.

As far as tips for IM, just show up, be willing to learn, and be professional. That pretty much covers most of 3rd year to be honest. All of my evals were good and they were all pretty much about how I was good to work with and eager to learn. If there is something you get pimped on that you struggle with you should study it that night.Comquest comat series is just another shitty question bank. AMBOSS tends to have some more esoteric, kinda random questions that are lower yield. If you only do one, do UW. If you can afford both and love question banks, do both. I won't have more than a few weeks for Step 2 dedicated so there's no point trying to save UWORLD for that.
