The sticky threads build has ammo up 3 and recommends looking at spare shot next. In order to fit one of those into my build though id lose 6 levels of attack boost, and 2 levels of crit eye. Using hailstorm and building for pierce is an odd choice. If you want to go pierce then stick to the malzeno/shagaru/narga lines for rapid fire pierce 2. You'll need to find room for some salvo decos but your damage will be way higher. edit: I personally use the Malzeno lbg because walking reload feels so good.
