On XYZ it will gimbal around and can end up with it upside ... It will have a much cleaner topology and you can control the thickness easily. Z remeshing in zbrush is incredibly good nowadays and panel loop is an awesome tool to learn and use everyday in zbrush, have a look at some youtube videos about it !

A lot of people suggesting Wacom and I completely disagree. You're paying a high price for a brand there. Get a cheap Huion or similar and it will work just as well.
