Posted August 13, 2019. Hi guys. So my hubby had his n400 interview on July 23rd. He was recommended for approval and told it will take from 30-60 days to schedule for the oath ceremony. Today is 3 weeks after his interview and there is no online update. It still says “interview scheduled”” it has not been updated.

I filed my N400 application on March 2016. I did not get an interview until May 2017. I passed my Civics and English test. The officer told me I was recommended for approval and gave me an N652 notice. He then said my oath ceremony should be scheduled within 90 days. I live in NYC. It has been 6.5 months since then, and no word.It is possible if your interview is earlier in the day. Today, I call USCIS customer service and requested to talk with lev2 IO's. After verify my name, address, Alien number & date of interview, he said that my case was approved on November 23rd 2009. The officer didn't have my I-751 but she still did i751 & N400 combo interview for me (I brought my spouse). I passed the citizenship interview, but the officer couldn't make decision due to pending i-751. Few days after the interview, i-751 status was changed to "case transferred to NBC center (from LIN)" and then "Fingerprints were taken".
