The only knock i have on Uworld is that they need to add more questions and passages, but that is probably due to them being new to the MCAT game. The EK practice exams and UWorld both seemed a lot harder than the actual MCAT. The SB and the AAMC full lengths were about the same level of difficulty. I went into the test center feeling pretty good. I had a great night of sleep and a good breakfast. Up until a week before the exam, I was feeling very nervous.
I paid fuck-all attention to my score, worked out fine. Same goes for UWorld. After getting a 71% in CP and 70% in PS SB, I have learned that my brain likes to betray me sometimes. Btw, both section banks felt WAY harder for the first 10-20 questions than the later 80-- i think they front loaded them.

The uworld sciences I would say are a somewhat easier. I took the mcat last September and the sciences on the mcat were extremely similar to the aamc section bank with maybe 1 or 2 passages even being harder. Also, the psych/social for uworld is very helpful because it really gets you thinking about the differences in terms.
Did you take chunks from the UWorld explanantions and make clozed anki cards? IF you can afford it, time-wise and money-wise, Uworld is always a great choice. My advice would be try to digest Uworld passages and deep dive into it.
