Not sure if there is one or multiple issues going on but I would start with the front brakes. First thing that comes to mind is the caliper (s) might be sticking. Second, I would ensure everything from the brake calipers to the suspension is torqued to specs.

Run the heater fan full blast. See if there is flow through the heater core. If so, then the water pump is working.
