Labcorp quick fix.
Definitely use the hand warmer. The experience for me at lab corp was check in on the kiosk they have, you get a text saying when you will be seen. They let you go alone in the bathroom and if you keep a good random conversation with them it will be good. It really isn’t as hard as people make it seem. Get the temp right and you’re all good.

You’re good. Yep just passed from labcorp last week. I even made a mistake and left a bit of my quick clean kit in bathroom. Do not recommend that. 10 panel test was cleared in two days. You’ll be fine. I’ve had to use it multiple times, I still get anxiety from it too but I’ve never had an issue.
