Basically fusing a high level with a low level to make a lower level persona (example: Lv 50 + Lv 30 = Lv 40, I’m just guessing the numbers). You can prob find that video or just look on P4G Forums on similar question to yours and hopefully you can find the formula there. Or just chuck good skill cards on him and grind it.

The main thing is all of his stats are 99, he truly can be made into anything. tbh just do anything. His stats are all maxed out, so there really isn't anything that doesn't work with him. Grind Levels (persona levels do factor into hit rate and damage) Grind Skill Cards in shuffle time or spend time. Put up with his extreme lack of resistances.
