Yes, you can edit the smart collection and change it on the advanced tab. Plex developers can't decide if the primary user should be a viewer or an admin. A couple years back I "made" my primary account to be just admin (create collections, edit art, etc) but didn't watch from their user. Created a managed user for myself to watch.
