After the Endwalker update, my audio has been stuttering really bad, just constantly. Last night/early this morning I assumed it was just something to do with overpopulated areas and some minor system stuttering, but my frame rate holds at about 60. The problem persists (and perhaps is worse) in Dungeons and other instanced play.
