Nov 25, 2015 · The display finally went completely blank and nothing showed up and the controls did not work. I initially did just a battery 12VDC Cable disconnect and it did NOT fix the problem. Disconnecting BOTH the Ground and 12VDC cables and jumpering them for 30+ seconds caused a system reset. Radio doesn't play, and no sound comes via bluetooth. DVD works fine. Turning off the engine and opening the door to shut off the audio system will sometimes fix the problem for a short while, but it recurs.
