I got 145 questions on nclex.

I ended up only doing about 300 questions for Uworld and took the NCLEX. I felt horrible afterwards as I ended up taking the entire 145 Q's yet I was still hopeful. But Ive heard there are false negatives sometimes. Yup, took mine June 16th with same situations and failed. And for context: I tried the PVT 10+ times 🤡🤡. Took my exam today and honestly felt good about it. Answered all 145 questions and used the PVT and got the “bad pop up” my card was decline.

Going off how the NCLEX adapts, I don't necessarily think your pass or fail was entirely dependent on that last question. I mean it certainly could've been, just not the case 100% of the time that someone goes to 145.
