FWIW I only used AMBOSS with some supplemental reading to study for my surgery shelf and ended up in the 97th percentile. It was really great because it had a few hundred questions that "overlapped" with medicine questions for those worried about doing renal/GI/all of IM UWorld for the surgery shelf.
