95 YJ fuel pressure regulator. I recently purchased the jeep and had to replace the fuel pump and assembly, which has now caused the jeep to run bad. I have scanned and trouble shot it and have discovered the return fuel line is capped off. The feeder line ties into the end of the fuel rail, but the return is capped off.

When running at idle the pressure jumps to 80 psi, oscillating between 75 and 85. Disconnecting the vacuum line to the regulator has no effect on the pressure.

Most of the threads I've seen is where the fuel line has been leaking towards the rear of the Jeep. Mine is right where it bends up to the engine bay, it's like a rubber hose.It's kind of a hard plastic line with "quick disconnects" on both ends.
