Approx. 25% (Legend) and 33% (Master). Time doesn't matter. Platinum rewards (killing all champions) does matter. Keep in mind each run doesn't care about the previous ones. It's uncommon but very possible to have a long dry spell. Just try and not think about it or take breaks if you burn out.

This season, Season of the Lost, I have been running legend and master lost sectors for hours at a time in an effort to secure some new loot (the exotics this season are really cool and have interesting perks). In 50 flawless runs in legend lost sectors, I have 0 exotic drops. In 23-ish flawless runs in Master Lost Sectors, I have 0 exotic drops.Two of those were D2 Vanilla exotics that I’ve gotten dozens of rolls for just from world drops.
