I bet the one with polyfill will perform the best. I barely use any polyfill in my monotubs, just enough to keep dust and stuff out. Wrong. for me Tyvek really restricted the FAE and the air inside the monotubs stagnated. Polyfill works best for me. I went back and experimented with tyvek during the colonization phase of the monotubs (when FAE isn't 'needed') with the plan to change to polyfill for fruiting. The monotubs were in a closet with no air movement.
