I have also found reloading data on Alliant .410 but have not found any commentary from anyone who has tried this powder. From a pure cost standpoint, Alliant .410 is the cheapest per pound and also gives the most shells per pound. W296 and Lil'Gun are similar in cost but you get a few more shells from Lil' Gun.

For 1-1/8 ounce loads the pressures get a little high, but it still works well for 1145 fps loads. It is a VERY fine grained powder and it will find any leakage path in your reloader, so be aware.

I found Titewad excellent for 7/8 oz practice @ 1300 fps, 8K to 9.2K psi with Fiocchi & AAHS hulls; makes up a good 1 oz load 1235 fps, 9.6K - 10.2K, but pushing it for 1-1/8 oz as pressure gets up there to 9.3K -11K psi for 1200 fps. Titewad seems to work best with Cheddite, Fiocchi and AAHS hulls.
