These QuietComfort IIs have proven to be absolute garbage. The ANC in a quiet room sounds like white noise. It was never about their sound quality, which is fine, but their ANC and comfort are stellar. Bose could fix things by letting people EQ the QC45, like they do with the NC700, but they’ve shown no interest in doing that. Even the QC earbuds aren’t the best sounding. They’re better than AirPods Pro’s but not as good as the Sony WF … Kindly share the issues you have experienced, if any.
