The ones I’ve played with for significant amount of times is PI-CHO for Azurite Weathers, Skyrim Re-engaged for NAT & for Obsidian, Rudy ENB for Cathedral Weathers w/ Zangdar’s Edit, Rudy ENB for Obsidian Weathers (ELFX Shadows & Lux versions), and NAT.ENB III. Honestly, I’d recommend all of them.

IMO Cathedral Weathers is the best weather mod for SSE. I use Silent Horizons as for me it's the best looking for CW. Rudy doesn't have a CW version. There are some decent reshades out there, but I still prefer ENB. Another decent option for CW is Lucid ENB, which outperforms Silent Horizons as far as fps is concerned.
