Went to The Dolphin for dinner tonight and had catch of the day charbroiled and fish and chips. A solid dinner but not mine blowing like Bar Acuda and Ama. In the south: Red Salt was mediocre for the price. Beautiful setting however. The best meal by far was Eating House in Poipu. I will dream of their butterfish hot pot.
