This just happened to me. Before the Radahn fight all the doors were closed and the same after. I spoke to the guy that started the Radahn fight, he’s sitting in a chair where the lift would be. I exhausted all his NPC chat and traveled outside the gate. Went back inside manually and all the doors are open. 1.I've beaten Radahn and talked to the announcer, rested at a site of grace and all that stuff to reset the castle.
