The same light that when on, solid, indicated the emergency brake was engaged, when flashing indicated a problem with the brake system. At the very least I would say take a look at your brake fluid level.If your BRAKE LIGHT on your dashboard stays on (not blinking) and #1 your master cylinder is full. #2 you have no air in your brake lines. #3 your brake pads are all good.
