7 posts · Joined 2021. #1 · Jul 10, 2021. Hello everyone! Long post ahead since this is my first so buckle up! Today I'd like to discuss the Tisas Zig M1911 Duty imported by SDS Imports. This is the first 1911 I've ever owned and today was the first time I've ever shot both a .45ACP gun and a 1911.

Brouwer m1811 grip, scs320 dot, armory craft trigger with spring kit. Waiting for my magwell to come in still then I'll figure out what light to put on but this grip feels phenomenal and definitely helps with recoil mitigation from the better ergonomics

The Brouwer grip is slimmer by a lot. I would say a tad slimmer than the Wilson combat. To gain a slight grip increase and width you can add inner bike tire tubing as a sleeve that you slip on. It's a very soft shooter. My TXG module is a large with the grip weight and magwell installed. The AXG is very ergonomic and a real pleasure to shoot, but even with the same slide on it as the TXG, there is more snap to it. It's not bad to shoot, but there is more felt recoil.
