Its actually not too bad. The problem with lane ryze is that u have to face an oponent 1v1 with no dmg, no sustain, no nothing until u get a couple items. With ryze jungle youre able to safely farm (if the enemy doesnt invade you) and your ganks arent bad at all with a point and click CC. Only thing that helds him back is stuff like WW Kha Udyr ... Even with the tank builds, you still get bursted. Zed pops, Akali peels, and battle mages that scales with HP still gets the best of him. AH and Mana items for mages is so scarce right now.
