Suzuki outboard no power to ignition.
1. Have no power at key switch, or on power tilt. 2. Have pulled the main wiring plug apart and no sign of a broken wire or corrosion. Also, 20 amp fuse has power at both sides. 3. No power at solenoid when key is turned to the start position. 4. As previously mentioned the electrict choke does work when the key is depressed.
2016 DF70 no spark, Need Help!! 06-12-2020, 09:22 AM. I am having problems with my DF70. I have no spark. Also my starter keeps turning over for 4 to 5 seconds after I let go of the key. I have checked cam and crank circuits both sensors test good. infact I replaced both and checked them again. I have proper power coming to my coil packs. If it looks like your cable splits under the floor, pull the cable to the nearest end and check the white wire connections listed above. If you find it is the connection, trim the wires back to good copper (this could be 6" or more) and reconnect the wires. Test the tilt from the helm. If it works, seal the connection.
