Cele/Grieving or Power Zerker/Marauder, take Scepter/Focus and Staff, Curses/SR/Scourge. This will maximize your boon corruption while still spiking pretty high damage. A necro's job in ZvZ is still corrupt boons, with damage close second. Some like to take Axe instead of Scepter, and use Spite instead of Curses.

Alac heal scourge and power reaper are the most commonly found necro specs in endgame PvE. Scourge is probably the most versatile in the roles it can fill. I very rarely see harbingers. I genuinely dont remember when i last saw one. Scourge, but you'll pry my power reaper from my cold dead hands.
