Did you make sure that your live EFT build number matches the build number of the downgrade patcher? Did you patch before installing the spt-aki mod? The patcher needs untouched live Tarkov files AFAIK. I've done it the wrong way before too. Also, try starting the patcher in administrator mode (right-click>open as admin).
