Fold 3 , i treat it very carefully, has been a great device so far. I installed a Spigen hinge protector perfectly, and i did notice that it took a slightly bit more force to fold unfold the device but thought it was normal. About 12h later and a few folds the screen cracked right at the center foldable line.
Yes mine delaminated along the crease on my Fold³ @Stewalker too. It's straightforward to remove it. Peel from the corner and slowly peel it away. Removing the screen protector does not invalidate the warranty. Samsung do say if the screen is somehow damaged in the act of removing the protector then the warranty would be voided.

The screen protector falling apart should be considered a warranty issue regardless of when it occurs because it's guaranteed to fail whether it's 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or even 5 years later. (I would be shocked if your Fold lasted 5 years without the inner screen protector peeling off on its own).
