On my way home from work today stopped at store and as I was pulling into the parking space I noticed the MIL came on. I put it into "Park" then noticed the green light for "Drive" was blinking. I shut the car off, read the owners manual about the MIL.

There is a good chance that it's the remote start. Possibly something is loose or undone, I'd start at the alarm shop you had it installed. If the key isn't coded properly, the immobilizer won't recognize it and will shut off the fuel delivery system. I believe the flashing green key indicates the key isn't recognized.
