As far as Empowered gems go, you’re only looking to slot gems either stellar or crystal that are 3* at level one. Stats are important and you’ll typically want to target physical damage crit hit and crit dmg as your primary stats (eventually you’ll max out crit hit, but should definitely work on maxing it out quickly).
