I actually tried few times today and managed to get a bag with 903 value which drops coins. This means the minimal time you can extract at is 1/20 seconds after starting a run (903/20.7*60*60/3130000). The value is strange because usually it is 1/50 in idle games so maybe I didn't get a minimal bag yet.
