Rivers of blood will hit harder, but eleonora's procs multihit talismans and bleed faster because it double hits per r1.. running r2 is real good also btw. Maybe level up a little bit first but see what it scales with best and focus on that. Uh 12 str 16 dex with Milicents Prosthesis 80 arcane 60 vigor 24 end 10 mind.

But it's worth noting that arcane will give you less damage increase, but it will increase bleed build up on hit. Either one is good. I personally would put into dex since it scales higher. 1.
To get rivers of blood you must reach mountain top of the giants. You get Eleanora from a short quest line and trust me it's not very good. It's also bugged right now and doesn't scale at all.
