Got money back and put a new GM one on from Dal. It makes the same whining sound! Regardless of the whine, the reservoir still ends up boiling over and leaking out of the reservoir cap. Doesn't overheat, just boils out that cap and I have to fill it up. I can hear water moving, kind of bubbling, in the passenger-side dash area.
